Welcome to Curator ("App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App, which provides film analyses generated via the OpenAI API. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You may access a rotating catalogue of free film analyses at no charge. We can modify or replace the free catalogue at any time without notice.
Access to premium content requires a weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription processed by Apple In‑App Purchase via RevenueCat. Subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
We collect aggregate, de‑identified usage statistics using PostHog, Firebase, and Google Analytics to improve the App and fix bugs. See the Privacy Policy for details, including how to opt out. You agree not to input sensitive personal data that could be inadvertently captured in analytics events.
You must use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
The App, including all code, design elements, and generated content, is owned by Curator or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App.
The App depends on third‑party services (PostHog, Firebase, RevenueCat, OpenAI, DigitalOcean). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curator’s aggregate liability for any claim related to or arising from those third‑party services is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the past 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Warsaw.
We may revise these Terms. Updated Terms become effective 14 days after posting in the App. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
